As part of the celebration of Technomar Crew Management Corporation (TCMC)'s 23rd Anniversary, the company successfully organized two meaningful initiatives that reflect its enduring commitment to service, compassion, and the well-being of both its employees and the community.

The anniversary celebration began with a Blood Letting Drive held on June 11, 2026, at the TCMC Office in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross. Employees, seafarers, and volunteers came together to donate blood, demonstrating the spirit of generosity and social responsibility that TCMC continues to uphold.
Each blood donation has the potential to save lives, making every donor a true hero. TCMC extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated and generously gave the gift of life. Their selfless contribution will provide hope and support to patients in need while reinforcing the company's commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
Continuing the anniversary activities, TCMC conducted the "We Care: Well-Being Program for Shore-Based Staff & Seafarers" on June 16, 2026. The seminar featured Ms. Lala Tolentino, Country Manager of The Mission to Seafarers Philippines, as the resource speaker.
The program focused on promoting mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being among TCMC's shore-based staff and seafarers. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, participants were reminded of the importance of prioritizing self-care, building resilience, and fostering a supportive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
These initiatives embody TCMC's belief that true success is measured not only by professional excellence but also by the positive difference it makes in the lives of its people and the communities it serves.

As TCMC marks its 23rd year of dedicated service to the maritime industry, the company remains steadfast in its mission to care for its seafarers, employees, and stakeholders through meaningful programs that inspire compassion, promote wellness, and strengthen the spirit of service.
With 23 years of trusted service behind it and many more ahead, TCMC continues to uphold its commitment to creating a healthier, more caring, and more resilient maritime community.
