Technomar Crew Management Corporation was organized in February 2003 at Ortigas Business District and started its operation after being licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on the 19th of June of the same year. In mid-2006, the Management decided to strategically move its business location to the heart of Manila’s Business District, where TCMC’s current business address, 12th Flr & Penthouse, Ma. Natividad Building, 470 T.M Kalaw St. Ermita, Manila. This initiative is to best cater to Filipino seafarers and to efficiently consider International Airport and Seaport.
The Philippines has a significant role in international shipping as the principal supplier of seafarers onboard international shipping vessels. Successful in the gainful employment of thousands of Filipino Officers and ratings who are known to be competent and resilient. Over the years, Filipino seafarers have built a good reputation among ship-owners because of their hard work, dedication, and impressive performance onboard.
In that context of the industry in the Philippines, our principals decided to appoint an exclusive local manning agency. With the intention of consolidating the entire fleet under one agency, a direct link between the company management and its seafarers was established. A company that will competitively timely fulfill the manning requirements of the Principal and will be strictly consistent in providing qualified, competent, properly documented, and medically fit seafarers.

Currently manned over ninety-five (95) vessels with an average annual deployment of almost 2,500. TCMC 20th Anniversary

TCMC significantly gained success in expanding its Fleet by number of manned vessels and seafarers to be deployed . To be paralleled with the growth, TCMC gained additional office area by obtaining the Penthouse of the office building. This expansion provides room for massive improvement in terms of working space for shore staff, comfortable areas for seafarers and highly functional training rooms.

TCMC celebrates 15 years of quality service to the Filipino Seafarers. Championing its excellent performance in the industry in terms of deployment and retention. It was attended by the prestigious names in the industry, its principals and loyal seafarers with their family. Its celebration that showcase the strong commitment of TCMC to its Principals and seafarers. Held in Solaire Resort Manila.

Consistent on practicing the highest standard of competence,TCMC transitioned to ISO 9001:2015. It provides a framework for organizations to consistently deliver quality products and services by focusing on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement.
January 2010
EUROBULK Ltd joined TCMC as one one its principals. A company established in 1994 with the intention to engage in the management of ocean-going vessels. Eurobulk has put the emphasis of its operations on quality and has demonstrated its commitment to Safety Management by being among the first shipping companies to obtain ISO 9002 and ISM accreditation in January 1997.

TCMC successfully received its certification for ISO 9001:2008 under Bureau Veritas. A validation of consistent practicing the highest standard of competence, evidently validated by ensuring zero (0) nonconformities. This initiative has been driven by the leadership of TCMC Management to ensure quality of service to its principal and seafarers.

A local manning agency that is dedicated in providing competent, medically fit and properly documented seafarers to principal Technomar Shipping Inc. (TSI) based in Kifisiá, Attiki, Athens, Greece.
